Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

All services must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Pricing for our services is as indicated on our website or as provided in a written quote. All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment for large projects
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following warranties:

  • 30-day service warranty covering workmanship
  • Hardware warranty as provided by the manufacturer

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information regarding service requirements
  • Ensuring clear access to installation areas
  • Securing pets away from work areas
  • Being present or having an authorized representative present during service delivery
  • Inspecting completed work before our technicians leave
