Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our installation and decor services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will address your concerns.
Service Guarantee: All installation services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If any issues arise due to improper installation within this period, we will correct them at no additional charge.
Product Returns
Hardware Returns
For curtain hardware and accessories purchased through us:
- Unused and Unopened Items: May be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened Items: May be returned within 14 days with original receipt for store credit or exchange, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom or Special Order Hardware: Non-returnable unless defective.
Textile Returns
For fabric items and textile decor purchased through us:
- Ready-Made Items: May be returned within 14 days in original packaging and with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.
- Custom Curtains and Textiles: Non-returnable unless defective. We provide fabric samples before production to ensure satisfaction with color and texture.
Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be made within the specified timeframe
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made curtains or draperies
- Cut fabric or custom-ordered materials
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to improper use or care
Refund Process
Service Refunds
If we are unable to resolve service issues to your satisfaction:
- We may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion
- Service refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Product Refunds
For eligible product returns:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellations
Our cancellation policy for scheduled services is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund of any deposits
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 75% refund of deposits
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund of deposits
- No-shows: No refund of deposits
Order Cancellations
For product order cancellations:
- Stock items can be cancelled anytime before shipping for a full refund
- Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and may be subject to a cancellation fee
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion
